Sleeve Type Soft Sealing Plug Valve are non-lubricated quarter-turn valves that achieve sealing through the use of a compressible sleeve as a sealing member. In many applications they operate virtually maintenance free for decades.Our valves are used for on/off and throttling service in demanding process applications with media temperatures ranging from -29℃ to 180℃. Standard sizes from 1/2" to 14", ANSI class 150-900. Body & plug materials range from cast steel and stainless steel to other special alloy steel.

Sleeve type soft sealing plug valve

Description:

Sleeve type soft sealing plug valve acc.to ANSI is applicable to the cutting and connection of pipelines medium that are used in various industried such as petroleum,chemical industry,pharmacy,chemical fertilizer,electricpower industry etc under nominal pressure of CLASS 150-900lbs and working temperature of -29-180C.

Main structural features:

  1. Plug valve with Sleeve type PTFE seal serves as cutting and connecting medium on the pipeline.
  2. It can be used in large-scale Chemical industry .
  3. It is suitable for water, steam, oil, other corrosive acid.
  4. It has reasonable structure, Reliable seal face (Sleeve type PTFE ), Excellent performance And perfect appearance.
  5. It adopt all around Sleeve type PTFE seal, can ensure zero leakage.Special 360 º metal edge can assure fix Sleeve well.
  6. It is designed with no cavity, therefore medium will not accumulate.
  7. It can be used as double -direction flow.It is very convenient for installation and usage,
  8. Material and flange dimension can be selected by practical working condition.
